"Thanks for some great advice David on my long ride. I focused on my cadence today which wasn't easy but the power looked after itself. My cadence unlike the last two weeks of 70-72 average was 88rpm :) I also paid a lot more attention to nutrition every 20 minutes eating and drinking without fail! I drank an extra lrt more today. As a result I was over 20 minutes faster round a 68 mile loop I did two weeks ago :) I was able to push up the hills at the end and being exceptionally mindful of fatigue, put an extra 11 mile loop on near home which only near the end of was I getting fatigued but nowhere near the last two weeks. Final short climb I went up in z3 then z4 and pushed over the brow in 6 to see what I had left :) eating to recover now!!!! Happy man!!!!"
